Look at that, we actually have on shorts and t-shirts! Today we spent the day doing some chores around the farm. First things first, clean out the chicken coop. The girls cut up some apples, and fed them to the chickens.
Then it was time to take the fence down around the garden so we could get the tractor in to overturn the ground before planting this year. The girls helped scoop up dead leaves too.
Once they were bored with scooping dead leaves, they went on to digging holes in the garden, which was fine since we're going to turn it all over anyway!
And this was our surest sign of Spring....it's Bob!! Bob is the groundhog that lives in the barn. He's also the reason we have to fence in our garden. We haven't seen him since last summer, so it must be Spring for sure!
