I'm sure every mom has started to decorate the Christmas tree, walked into another room, and walked back in to find this.......

Yes, they are trying to lick the candy ornaments that we made!

 

But, when it was all done, and they stopped licking the ornaments, it turned out like this....

Hunting again, this time for a Christmas tree!

So we set off to find a Christmas tree, and since we live in Maine, we just walked out our back door to go find a tree! It was also the end of hunting season, but we didn't want to take any chances so we all "oranged" it up!

 

It was pretty chilly this day, but the girls were good sports as always and had so much fun! They pointed to EVERY tree suggesting it be our Christmas tree!

Here we are trekking through the woods to check out some really good trees!

 

We spotted some good ones, but didn't cut any down this day. This trip was just a recon trip!
