Cowgirl hats, carousel and circus!

Last weekend Daddy was out of town to attend our nephew's confirmation, so the girls and I spent the weekend in a big city, since we took him to the airport and spent the night! This city was complete with a mall, a carousel, restaurants, and a circus!

First stop was to the mall so mommy could use a gift certificate she's had for awhile. But, we couldn't resist a stop into The Children's Place where the girls each got a new outfit and these adorable cowgirl hats, that they wear EVERYWHERE! Love it!

Can you believe it?? There was a carousel in the mall, the girls were ecstatic, so we had to ride it!

Pure Excitement!

We also went to Friendly's and the girls ate all of their food just so they could get their ice cream! And then they ate about 2 bites of their ice cream, so Mommy had to finish it!

The next stop was the circus! And guess what the girls picked out as their souvenir? Who would have thought....horses!! They were very happy because the horses were blue and green, their favorite colors!

As you can tell from this picture below that is full of snow, we are back home! We went to a friends "sugar shack" where they make maple syrup. Here the girls are making maple taffy, which is the syrup laid in snow and then wrapped around a popsicle stick, yummy!

Riley is taking karate classes, and she loves it! She's been a little shy, but each time is getting more involved in the class. She is the youngest one there, so it's a little intimidating, but she loves it! She's a goofball....

And here are the girls enjoying a nice "spring" day on the Demanski farm! Yes, spring still includes winter jackets and hats nowadays. They are sitting on an ATV in the barn in this picture.

Riley is ready to go....I fear the day she will actually be allowed to drive these!

And Taylor on the snowmobile...an even scarier thought!

And that's the latest from the farm, oh and we're expecting our new arrival of baby chicks in two weeks, so exciting!!
