Taylor was so excited to be like her big sister and get to go to the dentist! She was so happy, and such a good little patient! The dentist told her she was better then most "big" patients she has! Last time we went Riley got a new toothbrush, and Taylor was kind of jealous! She remembered this time and was so excited to be getting her own! And, on top of it, she got her favorite color toothbrush, GREEN! Who knew going to the dentist could be so fun?

Bird poop and the movies!
We actually had a spring day this week! It was awesome! We rode our bikes outside, then went for a walk to the playground and grabbed some ice cream on the way home! It was a great day.
The only snag was when Taylor got pooped on by a bird while riding her bike. She looks nice and calm in this picture, but this was after quite the meltdown when it happened! I have a very funny video of it happening, but I'm not able to upload it for some reason, bummer too because it is funny!
Today we were in the big city for my check up with the doctor, so we took advantage and went to a movie! It was Taylor's first time and she had a blast. Actually, we all had a blast because we had the whole movie theater to ourselves....that's what happens when you got to a show on a Monday afternoon! Taylor loved running all around the theater and going from the seat all the way in the back, to the seat all the way in the front....over and over and over and over and over again! Good thing we were the only ones in there! She had just been given new sneakers at Easter the light up when she walks, and we do believe that was part of the fascination. They lit up very well in the dark theater.
After the movie we had some shopping to do. We can't go to the big city without stocking up on supplies to bring back home. The girls needed some sunglasses, so here they are looking cool as always!
All was well at our check up, please continue to keep us in your prayers for a healthy baby and delivery....actually please pray that I make it to the hospital, since it's a 2 hour drive and don't have the baby on the side of the road! Thanks in advance for those prayers!

Cowgirl hats, carousel and circus!
Last weekend Daddy was out of town to attend our nephew's confirmation, so the girls and I spent the weekend in a big city, since we took him to the airport and spent the night! This city was complete with a mall, a carousel, restaurants, and a circus!
First stop was to the mall so mommy could use a gift certificate she's had for awhile. But, we couldn't resist a stop into The Children's Place where the girls each got a new outfit and these adorable cowgirl hats, that they wear EVERYWHERE! Love it!
Can you believe it?? There was a carousel in the mall, the girls were ecstatic, so we had to ride it!
Pure Excitement!
We also went to Friendly's and the girls ate all of their food just so they could get their ice cream! And then they ate about 2 bites of their ice cream, so Mommy had to finish it!
The next stop was the circus! And guess what the girls picked out as their souvenir? Who would have thought....horses!! They were very happy because the horses were blue and green, their favorite colors!
As you can tell from this picture below that is full of snow, we are back home! We went to a friends "sugar shack" where they make maple syrup. Here the girls are making maple taffy, which is the syrup laid in snow and then wrapped around a popsicle stick, yummy!
Riley is taking karate classes, and she loves it! She's been a little shy, but each time is getting more involved in the class. She is the youngest one there, so it's a little intimidating, but she loves it! She's a goofball....
And here are the girls enjoying a nice "spring" day on the Demanski farm! Yes, spring still includes winter jackets and hats nowadays. They are sitting on an ATV in the barn in this picture.
Riley is ready to go....I fear the day she will actually be allowed to drive these!
And Taylor on the snowmobile...an even scarier thought!
And that's the latest from the farm, oh and we're expecting our new arrival of baby chicks in two weeks, so exciting!!

Hoppy Easter Everyone!
This is the best picture of the girls I could get before church on Easter Sunday! We were in a rush (as usual) and they were just not feeling the Easter love as mom rushed them around to get out the door, but needed a quick picture first!
This was their Easter baskets and gifts...not all the gifts are from the same Easter Bunny....there was a special Easter Bunny named Grammy and Poppy that sent along a lot of this!
Here's Taylor's basket.
Then later that afternoon we went to an Easter Egg hunt, and yes, look at all that snow! Thank goodness for brightly colored Easter eggs that you can spot in the snow or else we'd probably never find them until Spring...oh wait, it is Spring, just not here!
This was Taylor finding her Easter basket. I don't have a picture of Riley finding hers because that kid never has clothes on in the house and so I can never post her pictures! That is also why you won't see any of the pictures I took of us coloring Easter eggs.
And just so you can get the full effect of the snow we STILL have, here is us outside playing on the tire swing. The girls were so excited to finally be able to see the tire swing because it was covered in snow, and then it took forever for enough snow to melt so they could actually ride it. We've been out there almost every day since riding the tire swing! Happy Spring, bah humbug!!!

Daddy's exciting birthday
Last week we celebrated Daddy's birthday. The day started off well....The girls gave them his cards and gifts in the morning.
This is Riley's card she made all by herself for him!
Then she thought it would be funny to serve him "chicken" for dinner! This is her fake plastic chicken and she thought it was hilarious to serve it to him.
Then we were going to dig into our birthday cookie cake for him.....
But, someone began puking all over the place before that could happen. Poor Taylor! Since she spent the next hour in the bathroom, we decided to bring the party into her...mostly because big sister just couldn't wait any longer to have some of that cookie cake!
And his birthday night ended with Taylor passed out and puking on the couch...fun times! Happy Birthday Daddy, we love you so much, and sorry we celebrated your birthday in the bathroom! Love you babe, and here's to many more exciting birthdays together!
